Your arrival time at your cruise ship pier should be no later than 12:15 pm or 2:15 pm. Please verify this with your "all aboard time." - A taxi from any cruise ship pier costs an average of $17.00 USD or $300.00 MXN. - Cozumel is very safe. There is no risk in leaving your cruise ship pier and taking a taxi to the city center on your own. Restrictions - Minimum age: 5 years - Pregnant women, people with asthma, epilepsy, high blood pressure, diabetes, or neck or back injuries are not permitted. - Pre-existing medical conditions are not permitted.
